Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer as a member of the team you will be designing and implementing scalable analytics, data products, and insights focused on People data. This role will engage with our business partners to understand requirements, conduct end-to-end analyses, and develop visualizations and dashboards to track and measure critical People metrics and drive insights. This will require collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, system architects to implement solutions in a scalable production environment.
DevOps Engineer candidates must meet the following requirement for consideration:
- 5 to 7 + years of experience designing and implementing end to end production analytics products
- 5 to 7 + years of experience building and maintaining complex dashboards with Tableau including ongoing maintenance and administrative support
- 5 to 7 + years’ experience interfacing with relational databases both read/write sql functions including Snowflake, Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, or Teradata
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with at least one statistical software package including SAS, SPSS, Stata, Python, R
- Experience interpreting and “telling stories with data”, communicating analyses and fielding questions and requests from stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in software development life cycle and agile methodologies
